Supplies:
Candy Melts
Piping Gel
From the hardware store:
Pieces of MDF for the boards in 3/4″ and 1/4″ thickness
Heavy duty felt pads for feet
Nuts, washers and lock washers to fit 1/4″ threaded rods
Threaded metal rods
bolt cutters
Saw to cut wood
Wrenches

What size cake did you bake?
What are your boards 1..2..and 3 dimensions. I’ve looked every where and all I find is the thickness of the boards. I’m making this going to make this for my 7 year old this friday. Would love to hear back from you.

Amazing! What cake recipe do you use? I’m always worried about the fondant being too heavy and weighing the cake down. Any help would be so helpful 🙂
If you are starting from nothing like necessary materials and ingredients, I calculated an estimate of $150 for this cake minus your time. But I watched the video like 3 times and I think anyone could do it. Stephanie’s instructions were so detailed and she provided us with a great outline for the cake. I can’t wait to try this one! What is the measurements of the base and body of the cakes? You did a nice job on the cake. My grandsons want these cake for there Birthday. They are twins in the past. I have made two different cakes, glad they decided on one these year.
