Howdy! Thank you for the wonderful in-depth tutorial!! My sister is getting married next year wants this to be her “groom’s cake.” I was wondering about what kind if fondant you used? Store bought/ housemade/ marshmallow? And what tips could you give me for making this in a larger scale? Probably a full sheet (around 100 servings)
